You're responsible for your own projects and you get a lot of freedom with it. Our main focus is on quality. That's one of the greatest things about the Varnish family. Then there is the fact that we're a fantastic team. We have fun at work and also outside of working hours.

I love the culture at Varnish Software. Someone described it once as "Hollyholm": a perfect mix of Hollywood and Stockholm. Varnish Software is a Swedish company, and that Scandinavian culture can really be felt on a day to day basis. However, we are operating on a global scale and work with some of the most influential organizations in the world. The impact of our work is really global and that level of ambition definitely motivates me.
