About the role 💼
As an Account Manager at Varnish Software, you will be pivotal in driving new sales and nurturing existing customer relationships within the Nordics. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, managing SME and major accounts, and achieving clear sales targets. You will travel to meet clients and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional content delivery solutions.
Responsibilities 🎯
Identify and acquire new customers in the SME and major account segments.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive sales towards achieving specific targets and quotas.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers and Deployment Engineers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications 🧑💻
Fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically with SME and major accounts.
Proven track record in leading sales processes from start to finish.
Self-driven and business-minded, with strong organizational skills.
Experience in complex software product sales
Ability to travel for client meetings.

Experience working within the tech and software environment.
Familiarity with international sales and managing large customers.
Experience in complex sales and fast-paced environments.
Technical background and experience handling C-level negotiations.
